Where are your assistants located? +
All ISB Virtual Assistants are based in the Philippines. They are professional, English-fluent, and experienced in supporting US-based real estate and business clients remotely.
Do I get to choose my assistant? +
Yes. After your consultation, ISB selects the top three candidates for your needs. You interview all three and personally choose the one who feels like the best fit. If none are right, we'll bring in a second round of candidates.
What training do assistants receive? +
Every assistant receives KW Command CRM training through ISB as part of their onboarding. You can also enroll your assistant in the optional ISB VA Training Lab for ongoing weekly skill development.
How long is the commitment? +
There is a 3-month minimum commitment. After three months, service continues month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. If you need to switch assistants after the initial term, there is a $150 VA switch fee.
What is the one-time placement fee? +
The one-time $750 placement fee covers everything before your VA's first day: recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, KW Command training, and payroll setup.
What is the ISB VA Training Lab? +
The ISB VA Training Lab is an optional $97/month add-on that gives your assistant access to 4 live training sessions per month, a tutorial video library, and Zoom workshops covering CRM and marketing topics. The first month is free for all new clients.
Can my assistant handle cold calling or transaction coordination? +
Yes, with client-provided training. Assistants can expand into cold calling, transaction coordination, specialized CRM tools, and client intake calls if you walk them through your specific process and systems.
